Fleur is a set of pelvic floor toning balls designed to improve continence by strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. You can use them in two ways: combine them with a Kegel exercise routine for active use, or simply wear them for up to 1 hour per day while going about your daily activities. In either case, the toning balls will force your inner muscles to contract, gradually strengthening them and helping you regain control. Using the pelvic floor toning balls can also enhance your sexual wellbeing. Strong pelvic floor muscles can significantly improve sexual arousal, response, sensation during intercourse, and ability to reach orgasm. Fleur consists of two balls connected by a cord, which youll need to gently insert one after the other. However, its important not to use the toning balls for too long hours rather than tens of minutes, as this can have the opposite effect, depleting the pelvic floor muscles or even causing hypertonia.

Precautions to consider before using TensCare Fleur Toning Balls:

If you use Fleur to rebuild the pelvic floor muscles strength after childbirth, it is recommended to wait 6 weeks from postpartum and 8 weeks from episiotomy.

May not be suitable for use with a genital prolapse, since the prolapsed organs may prevent the weight or ball from being positioned correctly.

Not suitable for use in children.
